Summary:<p align="justify"> Indonesia is one of the countries that often suffered bridge damage. In fact, the bridge is a very important public infrastructure. This damage generally leads to huge losses in terms of costs and even human fatalities. The source of this problem lies in the bridge health monitoring system that does not yet exist, so the decline in the quality of the bridge is unknown. To overcome this, the Rating System is designed using Wireless Sensor Network. This rating and mode shape are used for early diagnosis of bridge health. The main object of this system is the bridge to be monitored. Required a sub-system responsible for data processing in the field. This sub-system measures the frequency value and amplitude displacement of the Bridge. The measured frequency values of the acquired data then undergo the filtering process, FFT and Peak Picking as well as the conversion from amplitude acceleration to amplitude displacement. While the amplitude value is measured using a formula from the peak picking results. This process uses 6 sensors to detect acceleration on the miniature bridge. Initial data processing can be done in each sensor and then sent to sink node for finalization. All required data has been sent as expected to the database. <p align="justify"> <br />
