Summary:In social life, humans try to recognize other individuals by characterizing their face and body shape, but now the body's appearance is considered to be the most important factor to get more attention from the social sphere. This is a pressure for someone who always feels lacking in themselves. This paper discusses how perceptions about the standardization of body images are constructed and their impact on society. Through this idea, the author made a work titled 'Refraction' to open appreciator understanding and perceptions of the issue of beauty in society about awareness of the importance of positive thinking towards themselves and others. This work is made with a photographic medium combined with lenticular printing techniques to make the transition between two different images combined into one frame.
