By changing business model from online to offline business, the company try to reach the opportunity. In fact, as long as the hibernation, the company did not has a business model and strategy to run the business in offline market. Thereof, the company need to create a business model and strategy that could develop the company to be sustain and work on the market purposed. <br /> <br /> Description research is used to be research methodology. Value chain analysis and competitor benchmarking was analyzed current business situation. Business model was generated by primary data from international and domestic travelers in Bandung who became the informants of the research. This research concerns about creating business model using Business Model Canvas and implementation plan based on the strategy map of Balanced Scorecard. <br /> <br /> The results find that there were two alternatives for the company to run the offline business of batik. Alternative I is focusing to apparel and alternative II is focusing on supporting traveler item. The best choice is focused on supporting traveler item. Because no one competitor was focused on it. The company has chance for rebranding as supporting traveler item with unique pattern of batik. Last, the business model of the company was design using Business Model Canvas and the business strategy was translated into implementation plan based on Balanced Scorecard strategy map. <br /> text
