Summary:Rising prices and the the tendency for energy scarcity made the utilization of alternative energy sources began to be taken into account. One of the alternative energy sources are great chances to be developed in Indonesia is the energy utilization of biogas. In realizing this design, sampling waste from the source for eight days in a row in the source of the waste. After obtaining primary data, the design of the processing waste using biodigester can be made. Based on economical, technical, and maintenance and operational aspect, waste management in Sederhana Market is decided with biodigester with dry system. It consists of input tank, reactor, lindi tank, gaseous tank, and residue tank. The dimension of each unit is 1.02 m3, 2.72 m3, 31.71 m3, 26.23 m3, dan 1.44 m3.
