To be able to fulfill the needs of Kota Baru Parahyangan residents, it is necessary to provide recreational and shopping center facilities. Therefore, in accordance with the purpose of Kota Baru Parahyangan itself, which is an independent city, it is required to construct Shopping Building and Parking Building. A good recreational and shopping center should pay attention to the quality of the structure for recreational and shopping activities to run safely and comfortably. This research was made with the aim of making detailed technical design of the structure of Parking Building and Shopping Building in the form of earthquake analysis, structural dimension, and detailing of structural elements. <br />

The methodology of this final project starts from defining the structure, which is to determine the function of the building so that it can be determined the burden that will be borne so that the top structure planning can be started. Further analysis of behavioral checks of structures on earthquakes down to the detailing elements of each structure.
