1st phase : Determination for the location of ATM Drive Thru with assessment of cross tabulation score, according to client needs and variables. The most dominant variables in determination of location for ATM Drive Thru was: the location has a clean sign and reachable, consequently it must have security guard and also have good lighting. Based on this variable choosen five of the most wanted location by the client, they are on jalan Ir.H.Djuandha, jalan Cihampelas, jalan Gatot Subroto, jalan Soekarno Hatta and jalan Dipati Ukur. <br />
