Summary:Increasing population will certainly increase transportation demand both in the use of public transportation or private vehicle ownership. This raises several problems in the city such as, long congestion, not timely departure and arrival, to violation of traffic rules. In 2017 the government announced the implementation of Smart City, the part that discussed transportation was Smart Mobility. Many services, products and technologies that will be applied in the development of Smart Mobility, but not all can be implemented at the same time, many factors that cause this, among others, about the availability of the market both locally and nationally. when it can be applied and another factor that is very important is the public demand that must exist in the development of Smart Mobility, so that later it will not be in vain. The government as the executor and policy maker must be right in making decisions about the services, products and technologies that are applied in the development of Smart Mobility in the short and medium term. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The Roadmap is a detailed plan that contains systematic and broad stages and provides an indication of an implementation, in order to achieve the objectives. The development of the roadmap has been carried out by both private and state-owned companies, the method used in the development of the roadmap is Roadmapping Technology (TRM) which is widely as a systematic framework in supporting decision making, which is used to identify and select services, products and technology. then must see the interconnection between the product and technology services by using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method which aims to provide connectivity information from it, therefore the results of this study are the Smart Mobility roadmap that provides detailed information and can support in decisions on product and technology services that can be applied in the development of Smart Mobility. <br />
