Summary: | Supply chain performance is the performance of the chain which is reflected in the performance of the company or organization in an integrated process from raw materials (suppliers), production processes, to the final product which is then sent to consumers. The complexity of the supply chain will increase as the amount of information flow in the chain increases. To maintain the flow of information in the supply chain, companies must be able to integrate their companies with supply chain partners such as suppliers and consumers. In addition, the dynamics of the business environment are able to provide benefits for organizations and industry to enhance dynamic capabilities in the supply chain. In addressing the dynamics of the environment, a company must have the ability to obtain, produce and include both internally and externally.
This study aims to analyze the impact of supply chain integration and knowledge-based dynamic capabilities on supply chain performance in the manufacturing industry. The research model is prepared based on previous research related to supply chain performance. Data obtained from online questionnaires as many as 53 manufacturing industries. Data testing was carried out using the PLS-SEM estimation method.
The results of this study indicate that internal integration, customer integration, knowledge generation capability and knowledge combination capability positively influence supply chain performance. This study also shows that supplier integration does not significantly affect supply chain performance. |
