Summary:<p align="justify">This final project discuss about aspect that need to be analyzed for lower structure design gading serpong office rent. Lower structure has an insignificant earthquake effect, but in the design earthquake effect should not be ignored. This building is located in Serpong with Seismic Design Category D, has a heigh of 14 meters which consisit of 4 floors of basement with main function as a parking area. Seismic analyzed in this final project are based on SNI 1726-2012. Where is 2 phase analysis used to separetes analysis of upper and lower structure. Structural system used in lower structur is a combination of Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM) dan Sistem Dinding Struktural Khusus (SDSK). And also total settlement analysis used to calculate soil settlement based on lower structure reactions. Design also include detail design of gading serpong office rent lower structure element Beam reinforcement was excuted manuallay based on forced resulted by ETABS 2016. Column and shear wall reinforcement was assisted by application of software PCA Col. Slab and raft foundation was assisted by application of software SAFE 2016. <p align="justify"> <br />
