| Summary: | <p align="justify"> Digital Hub BSD City is a self-sufficient area located in South Tangerang, consisting of residential, commercial, and shopping area that accommodates activities in an integrated area with open concept and focus on digital lifestyle. As the area develops, the changing of land use is inevitable, especially with the presence of big commercial building such as mall. The presence of big commercial building will affect the traffic movement thus oppressing the current road in the area. As the result, the traffic area management is required to solve the problem. Furthermore, the change of land use is causing the trip attraction and trip generation that must be accommodated by circulation on Digital Hub BSD City and parking circulation on Digital Lifestyle Center BSD City. The demand must be calculated based on the function of Digital Lifestyle Center BSD City as a mall. The existing demand is used for the calculation and planning of parking circulation, parking space, and parking facilities that refer to “Pedoman Perencanaan dan Pengoperasian Fasilitas Parkir 1998”. The calculation result is used for planning and designing pavement structure access to Digital Lifestyle Center BSD City refer to "Perencanaan Perkerasan Lentur Pt-T-2002-B". <p align="justify"> |
