Summary:<p align="justify">In 2015, every village in Indonesia will receive 1.4 billion rupiah fungding per year. In the utilization of these funds, the villages need to have both spatial and aspatial plans. Villages do have aspatial plan such as Middle Term Rural Develipment Plan (RPJM Desa) and Rural Government Work Plan (RKP Desa), but the villages don’t have spatial plan like village spatial plan. Therefore, the aim of this study is to formulate a components of the village spatial plan’s technical material. The objectives of the research are: First, Identifying the component of village spatial plan’s technical material based on normative aspect. Second, Identifying the needs of village spatial plan that has been adjusted to the village charcteristic (Urban Village and Rural Village), Third, formulate formulate the technical material components of the spatial plan based on village’s typology The research strategy is multiple case study. There are three objectives in this research. The first objective use content analysis method. The second and third objectives use content analysus and sources triangulation. The case study for this research is the villages in Bandung Regency, both rural village and urban village. Technical material’s content identifies through depth review to the policy documents and literatures, such as: purpose, poliy, and strategy (TKS); spatial structure plan, spatial pattern plan, the direction of village space utilization, and development control policy in of village space utilization. The content has slightly different depth of component compare to urban spatial plan. Those components then tested in every sellected village as the sample to identify the components required in every village. The findings of this research is the the components required for village’s spaltial plan is dfferent for each village. The components should be adjusted to the characteristice of the village. The most components required are: land availability for development and the lack of facilities in each sample village.<p align="justify">
