Summary: | <p align="justify">Ci Tarum is the longest river in the area of West Java Province. The Ci Tarum flow area has an area of 13,000 sq km and has an influence on 9 million people around it. This study will calculate the amount of potential pollutant load in the sub-district of Ci Tarum and the pollutant load that enters Ci Tarum. The amount of pollutant load is affected by the concentration of pollutants and the flow that carries these pollutants. making a population distribution model using a variety of 5 "x5" resolution scale grid in the Ci Tarum flow area. Based on the consideration of land cover and the existence of roads in each grid, the population will be known on each grid of various scale. Each grid will load the pollutant load values for BOD, COD, and TSS parameters. The value of pollutant load obtained was analyzed and viewed from year to year. Changes in land use area were observed to determine the impact on pollutant load values. Based on the research stage, obtained pollutant load in the sub-regional flow. In 2001 the BOD parameter pollutant load was 53090.410 kg / day while for COD parameters was 75775.667 kg / day and TSS parameters were 29710.756 kg / day. This value continued to increase until in 2014 the BOD parameter pollutant load was 73026,097 kg / day, COD parameters were 104598,934 kg / day, and TSS parameters were 37882,445 kg / day. The number of pollutant load parameters of BOD has the strongest correlation with the area of land use compared to two other pollutant load parameters.<p align="justify"> |
