<p align="justify">The concept of a marine cadaster has an important role in setting up the whole project which utilize the sea. It’s included waste disposal management in the sea. This concept is applied in development of marine cadaster aspect which is legal aspect, institutional aspect, and the technical aspect of the other object management which utilizes sea. One of the object of marine cadaster is waste disposal in the sea. In the implementation, the waste disposal is the disposal which utilizes knowledge and technology that has no bad impact to the environment. In the legal aspect, the necessity of regulation which regulate the waste disposal in the sea is similar to the waste disposal regulation on land. It is started from the planning regulation to the monitoring, in Indonesia, some legal aspects has not existed. There is no clear technical guideline for final disposal site in the sea. Moreover, in the institutional aspect, either on management of sea or waste, there is still many institutions which regulate them. Therefore, from this three aspects, inventory and study about these are needed, so that the needs in every aspects will be found in order to build the final disposal site in the sea.<p align="justify">
