J+A Architect, as an architecture and interior business company, is trying to take advantage of these technological developments to overcome the current business issue such as limited customers, long time design process, and overdue payment. <br />

In the next stage, SWOT analysis is performed to find out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats for J+A Architect if they want to develop a new business model. In addition, market research on similar technology based business in the field of interior, furniture, and carpentry is performed to learn from their business strategy. <br />
<br />
Based on the analysis of data obtained from the previous chapter, J+A Architect creates new business model that is different from the previous one. The analysis is outlined in the form of a new Business Model Canvas and Porter analysis. J+A Architect also builds a new company named Furniliv for the new business model. Furniliv is a company which makes modular furniture and interior service for customers who want to make an interior design for the room. The interior service is limited according to the template offered by Furniliv. <br />
<br />
The last section contains implementation strategies, operational implementation, and financial calculations for the next few years on new business model. Furthermore, there are also sales and distribution strategies for Furniliv products and service. In conclusion, Furniliv, by utilizing the development of existing technology, is expected to answer the J+A Architect business issue. |
