This study aims to evaluate the user interface of the send package feature and pickup parcel feature on the Triplogic mobile phone application, through usability approach, in order to design improvement suggestions for the user interface of send package feature and pickup parcel feature. Usability evaluation is done because the company wants to know the ease of use of the Triplogic application from the user's point of view, because so far PT Triplogic Semesta Raya has never conducted application testing on users. Usability evaluation is done summatively using usability testing and usability inquiry techniques, in the form of performance measurements on effectiveness, efficiency, learnability and user satisfaction, think-aloud protocol, and questionnaire. The study was conducted on 40 participants, who were divided into beginners and non-beginners. The results showed that the send package feature was declared ineffective, had a relatively low satisfaction value, but had good learnability, while the pickup parcel feature was declared effective, had a high satisfaction value, but had bad learnability. This study resulted in 13 proposed improvements, two proposals for the Triplogic application in general, 8 improvement proposals for the send package feature, and 3 proposed improvements for pickup parcel feature.
