Lead rubber bearing is used on pier P2 and pier P7 which has greater stiffness compared to other pier. The purpose of this study was to compare the structural response to earthquake force such as axial force foundation, moment pier, girder deformation, and pier deformation by using dynamic analysis using spectral response and comfort level of structure between non-isolator structure and lead rubber bearing structure. The bridge is modeled with 10 varied bearing configurations, with 7 non-isolator structures models and 3 models lead rubber bearing structures. Especially for lead rubber bearing structure also added pushover analysis to check performance level and drift ratio at pier. The results showed that the model lead rubber bearing structure was efficient enough to reduce the force of the foundation in the bridge longitudinal direction by 44% and the pier moment was 68% compared to the non-isolator structure. However, in the transverse direction of the bridge, there is no significant reduction and increasing inner force due to the use of lead rubber bearing. Pushover analysis on pier element P2 has performance level of repairable damage structure in longitudinal direction and service level immediate in transverse direction. Pushover analysis on pier element P4 is service level immediate. <p align="justify"> <br /> <br /> text
