<p align="justify">H.A.S Hanandjoeddin Airport is one of the air transportation facilities in Belitung. The expectation for constructing this airport is to increase the tourism index in Belitung. The construction process of this airport requires some aspects that must be planned such as construction management. The purpose of construction management is to perform the project in the effective, efficient, and appropriate way. This final project provides discussion regarding construction management aspects including construction methods, resources allocation, time schedule, and cost estimation, especially in H.A.S Hanandjoeddin Airport Construction Project. The construction project consists of the landside and airside function that cover preparation, soil, lower structure, upper structure, pavements, and drainage work. The construction methods of H.A.S Hanandjoeddin Airport are planned based on technical specification refer to SNI and KP 576 the Year 2011. Duration of H.A.S Hanandjoeddin Airport Construction Project is 665 days for landside work and 1,054 days for airside work. While landside work costs Rp193,037,000,000.00 and airside work costs Rp2,223.519,000,000.00. <p align="justify"> <br />
