Therefore, the researcher wants to knowwhat the key values of chosen duck supplier and howto make a business development strategy for duck suppliers so as a new entrance can compete with the currents. In this study, the researchers use qualitative data with coding analysis, which uses primary data from duck street food owner and suppliers and secondary data from social media and websiteas a literature review to analyze the condition of external duck industry. The researcher will use the theory of SWOT and TOWS analysis to formulate the development strategy, and using VRIO analysis and porter five forces to know the internal and external condition of the company that will be researched, GolDuck Company. The result show that the key values that chosen duck supplier have are consistent, experiences, quality and quantity. In order to fulfill those key values, researcher suggest to GolDuck company which have lack of experience and limited quantity of duck production to doing some strategies such as making a catalog, inventory management, set production control, vertical product differentiation and create a community. This study is important to duck supplier business owners because it can help them to make a development strategy to make their offer to customer to be accepted and get competitive advantages from existing duck supplier business text
