Underwater pipeline system is one of many distribution methods that can be used. An underwater pipeline system will need to conquer many possible failures during installation and operation. In order to conquer every possible failures, pipeline need to be design properly. In this case DnV OS F101 and DnV RP E305 are used as design standard. Design and installation analysis process is implemented on 32 inch pipe of SSWJ-PGN phase 1 zone 5 project. Pipeline designed to handle environmental forces such as significant wave heights and significant wave periods for one year return period on installation analysis and one hundred years return period on operation analysis. Installation analysis implemented by modelling for three wave heading directions which is 0°, 45°, and 90°. Then Monte Carlo simulation implemented afterward to see any effect of random wave heights and steel yield on pipeline installation. Random wave heights generated from a stochastic approach of Rayleigh distributed wave. Random steel yield strength generated from Log normal distribution with mean coefficient 1.05 and coefficient of variation 0.1. Monte Carlo simulation is used for each 100 units of random data for three wave heading direction.<p align="justify"> text
