This Final Assignment Report contains the design of a high class apartment. This appartment <br /> <br /> project has been chosen by the author because Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia so this makes <br /> <br /> the city as the center of government activities which has its own charm causing high migration to the <br /> <br /> city. In connection with the high migration to Jakarta gives an impact to the number of population in <br /> <br /> the city which cause very high demand for occupancy in Jakarta. Due to a limited amount of land and <br /> <br /> the spreading of houses with the majority of houses or landed houses that are less restrained and <br /> <br /> orderly have caused the high price of land in Jakarta. Vertical occupancy such as appartment can <br /> <br /> become the solution to solve the residential problem in Jakarta because an appartment is a dwelling <br /> <br /> house with high density and still able to comfort the occupants. <br /> <br /> Therefore, the author adopt the theme of appartment occupancy which is located on Jl. Kuningan <br /> <br /> Mulia. The developer of this appartment project is assumed to be a State-Owned Enterprise which is <br /> <br /> also engaged in the property sector. The location of this appartment is in Kuningan area and Rasuna <br /> <br /> Epicentrum Superblock area which is a quite luxurious urban area. As a result, this appartment will be <br /> <br /> designed as a luxurious appartment for the upper class society in accordance with the context and <br /> <br /> lifestyle of the sorrounding community. In addition to the above, residential tranquility can be a special <br /> <br /> attraction for this apartment as it is located in urban area. So in this project will be designed luxurious <br /> <br /> appartment which can provide serenity for its residents.
