Works by conducting environmental condition data acquisitions using sensors as well as doing something through actuators according to the user's commands in realtime. In this final project, the design and implementation of a sensor subsystem on IoT system: Power Manager and Home Environment Condition Monitor. Sensor subsystem designed to be simple, low cost, power efficient and reliable by using a simple cluster architecture as one of the anticipatory action offered to solve the problems of Indonesians who are worried about the conditions (comfort and safety) of the residence while away from home for long time. The residential conditions referred to temperature, humidity, light intensity, LPG gas concentration level in a room and water level (flood level) in the neighborhood. Another function is that it can perform power management by regulating the use of electronic devices connected to the system and perform monitoring on the amount of power consumption in each electronic device. Sensor subsystem designed using WiFi, Bluetooth, ZigBee as low power nircable data communications medium. The results obtained from this final project is a sensor subsystem that is made reliable and can be used to collect data information about the home environment condition and power management and send it to the database through local gateway in realtime. In addition, the sensoe subsystem created successfully execute commands from the user that turns on or off electronic equipment.<p align="justify"> text |
