Summary:<p align="justify">The apartment that designed for this final project represent the high building structure composing ten floor by three floor of basement. The design of this apartment is required support from various aspect, one of them is geotechnical aspect. Geotechnical aspect at this project represent the design of diaphragm wall (d-wall) with the supporting system by the ground anchor as a barrier of land ground for the execution of constructing basement and pillars foundation drill as a cantilever of the structure. Analytical calculation is done manually while the stability analysis modeling, displacement, and inner force is done by software base on finite element method, PLAXIS 8.5. Then, the foundation of pillar drill is designed that consist of two type, there are to sustaining force of joint podium and tower, both formed into group formation. Software used for the analysis of foundation are GROUP and of LPILE. And also used as regulation is reference of design are SNI 1726-2012, SNI 8460-2017, and regulation of Governor of DKI Jakarta Year 2009.<p align="justify">
