Summary:<p align="justify">The apartment that designed for this final project represent the high building structure composing ten floor by three floor of basement. The design of this apartment is required support from various aspect, one of them is the water resource aspect. The water resource aspect at this project represent the design of drainage system and apply the principle of Zero Delta Q. The Design of drainage system conducted to accommodate rainwater which go down at this apartment area in order not to happened pond when the rain are coming. The design of this drainage system is done with data collecting phase, process and analysis data, and etermine the channel dimension plan that relate at standard rule. Drainage channel planned at the surface of it and the ground roof which in the form of vertical roof-gutter and horizontal. In applying the principle of Zero Delta Q at this apartment is needed by place relocation of water in the form of Ground Water Tank to accommodate the rainwater and will be used as water for this cliff dwellers.<p align="justify">
