Summary: | <p align="justify">The need for transportation in Indonesia always increases every year, especially for motorcycle types with fuel motor drives. The use of motorcycle with fuel motor drives has an impact on the environment and the health of the riders. In addition, the configuration of motorcycle circulating in Indonesia cannot be used by people with disabilities and the elderly due to having to step foot when stopping. For this reason, the design of a three-wheeled electric motorcycle is able to overcome the problems and with the use of electric motors will reduce the impact on the environment and health of the riders. This research was carried out in order to analyze the aspects of manufacture for three-wheeled electric motorcycle and performance testing.This research is the initial process for the development of three-wheeled electric motorcycle. <br />

This research uses the existing facilities at ITB Production Engineering Laboratory for the manufacturing process so the design improvement also refers to the existing facilities. Analysis of drive and electricity system aims to know the power of the electric motor that will be used, to know the electricity block diagram and the needs of electric components of three-wheeled electric motorcycle.<p align="justify"> <br />
