CBD Bintaro Jaya becomes a new business center to break the CBD density in DKI Jakarta. Therefore, CBD Bintaro Jaya will become the center for trade in goods and services. One of the necessary facilities in the CBD Bintaro Jaya area is a lifestyle center that can accommodate lifestyle fulfillment and daily needs that are recreational, such as transfer, recreation, culinary, and entertainment. This lifestyle center, has a land area of 1.3 Ha located on Boulevard Bintaro Jaya street located in Bintaro CBD area. This lifestyle center will be issued by dense office buildings. Therefore, in the design of the lifestyle center will raise the theme parks in contrast to the surrounding buildings consisting of high-rise concrete buildings. The main goal of lifestyle users is young adults consisting of students, office workers, and the general public. The mass shape of the Lifestyle Center takes the form of a liquid and has a building area of approximately 13,000 m2, with lots of open spaces, gardens and ponds for living close to nature. The building consists of 3 to 4 floors. Facilities that are accommodated in this lifestyle center is a facility for culinary activities, shopping, entertainment and recreation.<p align="justify"> |
