Eatever is a start-up in the culinary field that offers online catering by using the platform to connects the curated homechef with the customer. In running its business, Eatever always suffered losses since it was established in July 2017 to January 2018. Evaluation the business model that has been applied because the business required a business model that led to the effort to make money and achieve a vision. Evaluation the business model through internal analysis and external analysis to know the root cause of the problem. The internal analysis of the business is to identify value propositions, value architecture, value network, and value finance as critical elements for evaluating platform business models. Meanwhile, external analysis consists of competitor analysis and market analysis. Based on the analysis, it is known there are problems in the business model that is applied, and there is a discrepancy between the business model and external factors that cause Eatever suffered losses. There needs to be a change in every aspect of the business model applied by Eatever consist of value proposition, value architecture, value network, and value finance in order to become a profitable business. text
