<p align="justify"> The use of information systems is increasingly widespread use. Information systems make a company more effective and efficient. One of the information systems currently under development is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information systems. ERP is able to integrate data within a company so that the system administration and material management becomes more effective and efficient. As a company that does not have an information system, PT. XYZ is still constrained in administrative logging and material settings that have not been integrated. Therefore, PT. XYZ requires an ERP-based information system development to overcome these obstacles. <br /> <br /> This study uses open source ERP that can be obtained for free so that it can minimize the cost incurred. The development is focused to overcome the problem of recording in sales, production, inventory, and purchasing. To facilitate the development, then the search for the appropriate method of application and the needs required by the parts. This research resulted in an ERP based information system development at PT. XYZ named Odoo. <br /> <br /> When comparing the current conditions, the benefits to be gained after the development of an ERP-based information system are fewer recording errors and more integrated data. In addition, the use of paper that has been a means of administration to be reduced. The results of this development can make it easier for the part to know the inventory located in their respective locations. <p align="justify">
