To support every operational activities in this building, it need clean water that will affect the effectiveness of the activity. Therefore, clean water plumbing system will be designed based on requirements specified. This building is implemented green building concept for the operational, they are grey water reuse and eco-plumbing concept. This concept has goal for water concervation. By applying the green building concept, this building is used a separate water source system for clean water demand, they are PDAM source for non-flushing system and grey water treatment source for flushing system, so that this building needs 2 ground water tank and 2 roof water tank. Clean water supply is also using pump and gravitation system, it is supplying clean water from ground water tank to the roof water tank by using a pump, then the clean water is distributed from roof water tank to every plumbing units by using gravitation system. Design of clean water plumbing system is also include fire protective systems, they are sprinkler system and hydrant system. Type of pipe that used in this building is carbon steel pipe. Determining of the number, dimensions, technical specifications, sprinkler and hydrant placement are determined by SNI and other relevant rules. text |
