DESIGN AN ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT UNITED TRACTORS SCHOOL HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANICAL PROGRAM

UT School, as an organization that actively supplies heavy equipment mechanic and operator, founded on 2008. The organization aims to support heavy equipment mechanical necessity on several industry sector such as mining, farming, construction sector, as well as trading, services, and investment. Graduated student will be recruited by company that in need of mechanic or operator. Based on a discussion with UT School Director, there is an urge from the top management to implement a quality of business process aspect which is recognized among the industries, the ISO 9001-2015. <br /> <br /> This study aims to help UT School identifies clauses of ISO 9001:2015 that may not yet fulfilled and to design quality management system which may be required for UT School in form of business process and documentations in order to fulfill the ISO 9001:2015 clauses. In short, step taken starting from the organization data gathering. Beside document collecting, interviews also done on some point of the organization working section and observation on an activity to reach further understanding. The next step is to evaluate the fulfillment of ISO 9001:2015 clauses. The result will show which clause that has not yet fulfilled by UT School. The fulfillment suggestion will be given including its analysis. The suggestion be in form of additional amount of business process, quality manual document, quality procedure document, support document, and record document. The study concludes there are 29 unfulfilled clauses and suggested that there has to be a quality manual published by UT School, as well as 49 quality quality procedures, 4 support documents, and 31 records.
