The failure was mainly due to a lack of support from the leadership because the justification for the importance of knowledge management (KM) initiatives that can not be provided. Another difficulty is how activities in the organization can run without any obstacles from the budget factor which is uncertain due to internal and external influences. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research aims to measure the level of readiness for the application of knowledge management at Setditjen Binapenta dan PKK, Ministry of Manpower Republic of Indonesia. Then to provide recommendations in the form of improvement strategies if there are factors that are not ready. Measurement of knowledge management readiness using Knowledge Management Critical Success Factor (KM CSF) which consists of organizational culture, organizational structure, human resources, information technology, leadership and strategy, and physical environment. As well as added budget factors to strengthen the output produced. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on the sample, employees in Setditjen Binapenta and PKK have an attitude to share knowledge. This is proven by the average of assessment results in the implementation of knowledge management readiness with score 3.82 on a scale of 1 - 5. This value indicates that Setditjen Binapenta and PKK are ready to implement management knowledge, but still need to make some improvements. <br /> text |
