Summary:<p align="justify">Geotechnical designs of H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin Airport is necessary for the airport to function in optimum conditions. Geotechnical designs of H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin Airport will include soil profile analysis, which then decides the optimum type of foundation used, ultimate bearing capacity of soil, soil settlement, soil liquefaction, and foundation reinforcement needed. The design for H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin Airport’s foundation would require a well foundation 5 meters below ground level. The foundation will have a 3 by 3 meter square geometry. Perancangan sistem struktur bawah dari Bandara H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin diperlukan agar bandara dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan optimal. Perancangan sistem struktur bawah pada Bandara H.A.S. Hanandjoeddin meliputi analisis profil tanah, tipe pondasi, daya dukung tanah, penurunan tanah, potensi likuifaksi tanah, serta penulangan daripada pondasi. The biggest soil settlement below the airport’s terminal would be 1.37 centimeter, which gives its differential settlement to about 0.1 milimeter. This states that the soil’s bearing capacity is sufficient to support the structural weight. There is no potency of soil liquefaction happening due to Bangka Belitung’s geographical location. The reinforcement needed for foundation would be 28 bars of D28 steel.<p align="justify">
