STRATEGY OF THE REALIZATION OF A SUSTAINABLE URBAN KAMPONG THROUGH THE POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE TOURISM KAMPONG IN SAE CIBIRU KAMPONG, BANDUNG CITY

<p align="justify">The growing phenomenon of urban kampongs that can give negative influence in the form of new settlements that are solid, then it is very important sustainability. In particular, urban kampongs in suburban areas, which will lead to urban kampongs identity and environmental degradation. One of the efforts that can be done to sustain sustainability is through the development of urban kampongs that mainstream the potential of natural and local cultural heritage without any change of function and original form. Cibiru District, Bandung City has been experiencing the development of a very rapid urban kampong, so start threatened and uncontrollable. Bandung City Government and Tourism Developer Community (KOMPEPAR) Cibiru is planning the development of tourism center Sunda Polis in District Cibiru after Ujungberung District. With the idea of SAE Cibiru Kampong which has meaning: “Social-Art Culture, Nature, and Creative Economy”. This study aims to formulate a strategy of the realization of a sustainable urban kampong through the potential development of creative tourism kampong in SAE Cibiru Kampong, Bandung City. With the target of identification of the characteristics and prospects of SAE Cibiru Kampong in realizing creative tourism kampong, the development of creative tourism kampong in SAE Cibiru Kampong, the identification of the influence of the development of creative tourism kampong on its sustainability, the formulation of the principles of the realization of sustainable urban kampong in the development of creative tourism kampong , and the formulation of the strategy of the realization of a sustainable urban kampong through the potential development of creative tourism kampong in SAE Cibiru Kampong, Bandung City. The approach used is descriptive and associative exploratory approach. The method used is a combination research method. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used is a mixed analysis conducted in sequence. First, conduct qualitative descriptive data analysis in the form of content analysis and mapping analysis by using GIS application (done on Target I, II, IV, and V). Furthermore, conducting an associative quantitative data analysis in the form of weighted analysis and crosstab analysis using SPSS application (done on target III). Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that: first, the characteristics of SAE Cibiru Kampong still characterize rural areas supported by natural heritage potential in the form of natural conservation area and endless rice field (LP2B), and cultural heritage in the form of traditional kampong Lembur Saradan and benjang cultural art. Second, the potential of creative tourism kampong development is done by dividing the area in three development zones through Tri Tangtu Dibuana cultural concept, namely: buana nyuncung zone as nature conservation area supporting nature tourism and agroforestry; buana panca tengah zone as a creative tourism center covering traditional kampong tourism Lembur Saradan, creative home industry, and culture education of rice field and agroforestry; and buana larang zone as a center for research and management of creative tourism activities. Third, the development of the creative tourism kampong has proven to be very influential on the aspect of the sustainability of urban kampong, with the sustainability status of <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> SAE Cibiru Kampong which is very high. Specifically, the development of this creative tourism kampong is very influential on social equity aspect (which is the variable of economic sustainability) of SAE Cibiru Kampong. Fourth, the principle of the realization of sustainable urban kampong in the development of creative tourism kampong is divided into 4 (four) dimensions, namely: physical environment dimension, economic dimension, socio-cultural dimension, and institutional dimension (institutional). Fifth, the formulation of the strategy of the realization of a sustainable urban kampong through the potential for development of creative tourism kampong in SAE Cibiru Kampong is based on Regulation no. 10/2015 on RDTR and Zoning Regulation of Bandung 2015-2035 and Regulation no. 01/2013 on RIPPARDA Bandung 2012-2025, which is then integrated with 4 (four) basic principles of sustainability. Because, the integration of strategy and principle of sustainable urban kampong in the development of creative tourism kampong, become an important component in realizing a sustainable urban kampong. The conclusion of this research is the development of creative tourism kampong potentially to be developed in SAE Cibiru Kampong which can support the strategy of the realization of sustainable urban kampong. And in the end, it can create an integrated and sustainable SAE Cibiru Creative Tourism Kampong, in support of the realization of a sustainable urban kampong in the periphery by utilizing the potential of natural and socio-cultural heritage while maintaining its existence and without changing its original or traditional form, enhance its existence and sustainability. Meanwhile, the recommendations formulated in this research is expected development policy through the development of creative tourism kampong is a sustainable urban development priority, so it needs a comprehensive, integrated and sustainable planning. <p align="justify">
