KMJ (karya mulya jaya) is small and medium enterprises existing in jatiluhur selling various freshwater fish consumption from gold fish, tilapia and cat fisih with the quality of being splendid.Karyamulyajaya has 250 jatiluhur there a ponds. <br /> <br /> <br /> In terms of the potential market big fish and the level of consumption of any fish that is in the community up and karyamulyajaya took the opportunity to develop businesses are on the run in the fisheries industry to further advance the company and to improving the quality of the company and boost sales. <br /> <br /> <br /> Problems in face by the karyamulyajaya namely the levels of sales in generate tended to be surge significant, of the selling data 2017 the average sales that is on karyamulyajaya can only reached seven tens of thousands of pounds grams fish. <br /> <br /> <br /> Methodology and analysis to examine the situation internal and external on industrial fisheries and the companyinternal analysis karya mulya jaya that is using an instrument to reduce the STP analysis,Marketing mix,Value chain analysis,and SWOT analysis.Then to analyze external environment used PESTLEanalysis ,Five the power of porter and analysis competitors.To determine strategy that can be we use the matrix TOWS. <br /> <br /> <br /> Some strategy that can do to boost sales in a to increase the number of pond that is in the land,makea fish feed on fish of the dead,to optimize the use of circulation that is in the pond,make frozen food,looking for new markets and increase variation of fishes of which the punishment is able to bear a disease. <br />
