<p align="justify">Bandung Creative Center is a place where creative industry doers can work, a place for start-up business can do their activity. Besides working, in this place they also get guidance, referral, and funding so they can reach establishment for their business. This project is located at Gedebage, East Bandung, in Bandung Technopolis development area. The inisiator of this project is PT. Summarecon Bandung who work together with government of Bandung city as the originator of Bandung Technopolis itself. <br /> <br /> For this project, the site was formerly an ex-ricefield area. That soil has gotten a treatment so that it can be used as buildable area for buildings. The result is the land site relatively flat with a little bit careen toward South area. <br /> <br /> In this project, the users are creative industries workers with non-physical output product such as mobile application maker, digital comic maker, videogame maker, etc. Based on the interviews with doers, they stated that users characteristics are young-minded and creative so they need a space where they can conduct they creativity and does not boring themselves. <br /> <br /> The big picture of the concept design for this project is following the concept that has been initiated by the initiator, that is Tatar Sunda philosophy. The philosophy itself is a concept where a building, with many user activities in there, must be give respect to nature as a place where they stood and maximize the optimizing from the nature for the good of mankind. This philosophy is transformed as Green Building concept where the use of natural lighting and air condiotioning is optimized so it can be minimize the use of electricity in the building.<p align="justify"> <br />
