<p align="justify">Province of West Java has a variety types of art and culture which include music, dance, visual arts, theater, and many other variety of arts. The diverse of arts and culture should have a place to be showed, processed, and developed as the arts and cultural preservation efforts in West Java. Currently, an arts and cultural center in West Java can be the one of tourism destinations. So the existence of an arts and cultural center is not just for the venue and processing arts and culture, but also the image of the province itself. The purpose of this project is designing building to facilitated the function of performances, exhibitions, and training arts and culture of West Java. The design criteria of this project is to provide the provincial scale building of arts which has a modern impression with a tropical feel. Furthermore, the issues in this project are accoustic, visual comfort, accessibility, experience of space, and safety. The building in this project are designed to utilized the potential of view and state of nature in the vicinity of the site for the building. The masses of the building is made separately so that the airflow and sunlight can enter the spaces in the building. The aesthetic of this project is formed by a curved shape of the building and the landscape that responds to tread. The facade of the auditorium building is formed by sun shading inspired from the batik motif of typical West Java. This expected that the facade can be the image of West Java region itself.<p align="justify"> <br />
