The island is famous for its beautiful natural conditions and strategic location, close to Batam Island and Singapore. The diversity of existing tourism potentials, there is a need to maximize the condition of the area and meet the needs of the tourists in the accommodation facility, the resort. Resort is located in Bintan's Lagoi Bay neighborhood. This area is a popular tourist destination for foreign and local tourists. Site location is on the cape of Lagoi Beach. Resort will be built with a total area of 9400m2 above the land of 8.8 Ha. Location and site conditions can be a potential to maximize the design of a five star resort. For that reason, the great idea of this resort is its natural beauty and the blend of Melayu culture and contemporary design.
