Efforts to meet the human need for crude oil can’t be separated from the spill or leak that resulted in pollution. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Environment No. 2 of 2008 one of the activities for the utilization of B3 waste is by recovery. Extracellular enzymes derived from fungi are potential agents of crude oil recovery. One of them is laccase. Laccase has the ability to catalyze oxidation reactions of hydrocarbon compounds. The purpose of this research is to determine the ability of laccase to be applied crude oil biorecovry. Laccase is extracted from Marasmiellus palmivorus produced by solid state fermentation (SSF) method. The crude extract of laccase was tested for activity with spectrophotometry (Thermo Scientific, Genesys 10s UV-Vis) and 2,2'-azinobis (3-ethylbenzthiazoline) -6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) and its protein content with Bradford method. Pcrude oil was incubated for 12, 24, 36 hours with five variations of laccase-specific activity (2,8, 5,6,8,4,11,2,14 U / mg) with controls incubated without addition of enzyme. The analysis of characteristic changes of petroleum is seen through the fraction of saturates, aromatics, resines and asphaltenes (SARA) and viscosity, whereas changes in compound compilers before and after treatment were analyzed with GC-MS. The results showed that the crude extract of lacase produced had a specific activity value of 15.27 U / mg. The addition of lacase extract tends to alter the viscosity, marked by changes in the SARA fraction. Crude oil with the addition of 14 U / mg laccase and 36 hours incubation time has the highest stability level. This is indicated by the value of CII (Colloidal Instability Index) 0.92 and 0,16 for As: Res ratio. The GC-MS results show that there are 28 coSmpounds with 100% reduction and 19 new compounds formed. Laccase can decrease viscosity up to 20.2% at 36 hours incubation time with specific activity 8.4 U / mg.<p align="justify"> text
