Increasing the number of infrastructure development also affects the property sector where the rise of housing development, housing, apartments, and hotels which is due to increase number of populations in Indonesia so that not a few Indonesia people who need place for living. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT Meltech Consultindo Nusa (MCN) as one of the private consulting company in the field of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing certainly has the risks in doing business process. Viewed from the company’s financial ratio, the average in 2016 decrease. In addition to getting an apartment project in the city of Malang, Indonesia. It certainly can disrupt the operation of the company. Therefore, PT MCN need to perform risk analysis for its project because before this, the company had never conducted a risk analysis on the previous project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To know the current business situation of PT MCN, it is necessary to doing internal and external analysis from company’s point of view. Internal analysis using 7Ps Marketing Mix and Financial Ratio. Then the external analysis uses PESTEL analysis. The identification of PT MCN’s risk is gotten by using internal and external analysis, similar research, and interview (FGD) with direction and manager of PT MCN. There are five categories of risk consisting of law and legal, financial and economy, human resource / people, operational, and reputation. The risk will be analyses using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AHP method is uses to determine how important these risks are. AHP result shows the most important risk category in PT MCN is law and legal with eigenvalue 0.371. PT MCN has 11 risk factors at extreme and high level, that is, licensing, corporate regulation, accounting management, project invoice, job skill, dependency, miscalculation, accuracy in work, and service quality. All of the risk factors will be mitigated <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The results of mitigation obtained through interviews are prizes by evaluating and improving SOPs, company regulations by evaluating SOPs, accounting management by consulting to financial consultants, project invoices by contract evaluation, job skills by screening and resource planning, how to conduct employee training, miscalculation, accuracy in work, and quality of services by means of control and evaluation. <br /> text
