A mixed-use building is one of many solutions needed to conquer these problems. Arcamanik Apartment and Shopping Center is a mixed-use vertical occupancy with One Stop Living concept, located in Arcamanik, at the heart of Bandung City, West Java. The planning process of construction management is carried out by implementing a series of planning activities such as conducting literature studies to learn the basic concepts of planning, making details of activities with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), planning the project’s site plan, calculating work volume, determining the method of construction implementation to be used, arranging project implementation schedule, and estimating construction implementation costs in accordance with the geotechnical, structural, and drainage design. Planning of construction in the field on Arcamanik Apartment and Shopping Center is divided into five major works: preparatory works, foundation and earth works, structural works, drainage system works, and plumbing system works which later divided into smaller sub-works. Arcamanik Apartment and Shopping Center has a land area of 20.000 m2 and a total building area of 85.505,67 m2 consisted of 29 floors. The project is planned to be completed in 1210 working days, started from September 3rd, 2018, until May 18th, 2023.
