To be able to guarantee the functions and benefits of this building, it needs to be designed in such a way to provide a sense of security and comfort for the visitors. One of the ways is by the designing drainage system to prevent puddles of rain and wastewater plumbing system to discharge wastewater generated from this area. <br /> <br /> The design process of the drainage system and wastewater plumbing system begins with the study of literature, collecting secondary data, and continued with the design of each system, including the design of system network scheme and calculating the dimension of the drainage channel and wastewater pipes. Rainwater that falls on the roof of the buildings will stream on an open channel along the roof's perimeter toward the vertical pipe to discharge the water into the drainage channel on the ground. The stormwater on the ground level will stream on an open channel made from concrete toward the closest catchment area that is Waduk Saguling. The dimension of this open channel range from 20 x 20 centimeter to 40 x 50 centimeter. On the other side, wastewater produced by this building will be divided into two types which are greywater and blackwater. These will flow separately through the piping systems toward wastewater treatment plant (IPAL). The horizontal pipes designed with 1% slope. The diameter of horizontal pipes ranges from 1.25 to 4 inch for greywater and from 2 to 4 inch for blackwater. The vertical pipes for both will range from 4 to 5 inch in diameter. <p align="justify"> text
