Summary:Globalization as the global phenomenon has affected higher education in Indonesia such as other educational systems in the world. A common response to globalization in most institutions is to become a world-class institution. School of Business and Management in Bandung Institute of Technology (SBM-ITB) is one of the institutions that has a vision to be a world-class institution that inspires and develops new leaders with entrepreneurial spirit. To achieve its vision, SBM-ITB has to make the organizational values of an organization those are essential for the organization’s identity. These organizational values became one of the important things to achieve the vision. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the influence of organizational values toward vision achievement in SBM-ITB. <br /> <br /> The researcher used questionnaire to obtain the data from the respondents. The questionnaire was developed from SBM-ITB’s organizational values and vision that obtained from SBM-ITB’s HRD staff and its website. In processing the data, the researcher used IBM statistical software, SPSS 22, where the reliability, validity, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and multiple linear regression were tested. The findings of this research conclude that value variable consisting of trust, excellence, harmony, integrity, and innovativeness simultaneously (together) and significantly influence on the vision achievement for academic and non-academic employees. This is evidenced by the result of the F-test with significance probability below 0.05. However, the value individually that has positive and significant influence toward the vision achievement are innovativeness and trust (for academic employees), and harmony (for non-academic employees). This is evidenced by the result of the T-test with significance probability below 0.05. <br /> <br /> Keywords: organizational value, vision achievement, multiple linear regression
