Summary:Evaluation of enterprise architecture is defined as the process of determining the benefits, feasibility and value artifact of enterprise architecture. The design enterprise architecture is made in line with the company’s business precesses to improve competitiveness. IT strategy alignment is influenced by organizational culture and behavior. The implementation of enterprise architecture is done after the blueprint of enterprise architecture has been created. The method for evaluating of the existing enterprise architecture implementation still has not considered the organizational culture as an evaluation material. The method used in this thesis research is Research Design Science (DSRM). The implementation of research methods at this stage are: 1) Analysis. This stage analyzes any cultural factors that affect the implementation of enterprise architecture, 2) Design. At this stage, sorting is done which organizational factors consist of functional factors and which include effectiveness factors, 3) Evaluation. At this stage an analysis of the results and design is carried out based on the chosen freedom theory, 4) Documentation. At this stage documentation is carried out in the form of a thesis book and proceedings. In this paper will be taken about the factors that influence the implementation of enterprise architecture. The results of this study are hybrid development methods for implementing enterprise architecture with additional the organizational culture as additional factors. With this research, the development of methods that can be used for the purposes of enterprise architecture implementation.
