The Internet is a place to share content quickly. There is a threat to digital content that is shared over the internet, that is difficult to prove ownership of digital content. Therefore, as proof of ownership of digital content is required Digital Watermarking. Specifically, Audio Watermarking is required for digital content protection in the form of digital sound files. <br /> <br /> Audio watermarking is a message insertion technique on digital voice media and the message is used to verify ownership of the digital sound. Technique used in this final project are two-level DWT-based watermarking audio. Data or messages included in the digital voice are images. The first, watermark image was transformed by Arnold Transformation. The sound file that can be used in this technique is the sound file with the wav type. This watermark method has been tested and meets aspects of imperceptibility but not robust enough, and already meets the aspects of payload data and security. <br /> <br /> Audio watermarking is developed into a software in the form of web service. The Web service will provide services for the insertion of a picture message to a sound file and then the sound file is given back to the user of the service. This web service can be utilized and created a graphical interface to the user, for example by using the Android Application. This application will communicate with the web service to send a job to the web service. The advantage of implementing this system is that the user does not need to hold the connection until the job is done. The results of the work on the web service can be viewed directly by calling history on the web service. <br /> <br /> Web Service Audio Watermarking developed in this final project already meet the specifications and have been tested. Web Service has a good performance and quite effective. Web Service Development and system development can be with Component-based Software Engineering approach. <p align="justify"> text
