The standards that used in the design are Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat, Nomor 272/HJK.105/DRJD/96 about Technical Guidance for the Implementation of Parking Facility, Planning of Flexible Pavement SNI Pd T-01-2002-B, Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 13 Tahun 2004 about Traffic Signs, Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 34 Tahun 2014 about Road Marking, and Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI). The designed parking facilities are in the basement area consisting of 4 floors. The design scopes of access road are pavement structure, traffic circulation along with the traffic signs and road marking. In addition, traffic analysis on the road segment and the nearest intersection of CBD Serpong Rent Office Tower area is also conducted. Traffic impact analysis is conducted to find out whether the additional demand provided by the new building (CBD Serpong Rent Office Tower) will affect the performance of the road segment and the intersection. Traffic impact analysis is also conducted to determine which traffic management measures should be applied so that the performance of road segment and intersection can be run optimally. text
