Summary:PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk is one of cement producer in Indonesia since 1985. PT. ITP Plant 9, located in Palimanan, Cirebon Regency, has production capacity with raw material input 280.580 kg/hour to produce cement as much 111.305,35 kg/hour. Based on the monitoring results, emissions generated in Cement Mill 9A is found to reach 94,60 mg / Nm3, exceeding the standard quality of 75 mg/Nm3 above the quality standard set by the government in PerMen LHK RI No.P.19/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/2/2017, with Baghouse Filter Reverse Air type as the air pollution equipment control. So it will be designed the new air pollution controller that is Baghouse Filter Pulse Jet type with efficiency 99,99%. Mass Median Diameter of particulate is 14,24 µm. This BHF will be formed 6 (six) compartment with the dimension for every compartment are length 6,3 m and width 3 m with the type of filter bag used is Drylon® Acrylic Felt Dry-laid with height 4,3 m and diameter 16 cm, which is equipped with cage. The NPV (Net Present Value) calculation is NPV +Rp70.958.107.259,00 for 10 years operation, so the project is feasible to run. <br /> <br />
