The lack of observation network of rain gauges in Indonesia becomes one of the obstacles to knowing rainfalls event in the field. And couse of difficulty analysis for after floods with fast event like flash floods in Ciwidey Bandung Barat regency. Technology development in Weather Radar and field cross-sections survey from flood mark can become solution for the case. Hydrograph syntetic unit ITB-1 (HSS ITB-1) can be use to knowing volume of flood and be come information to knowing efective rainfalls (direct runoff) that can be cause of flash floods event. Result of maximum discharge (Qp) is 121,3 m3/s with effective rainfall drop on watershed is 16,94 mm/h during 5 hours. Intensity of rainfall with the most widest during rainfall is 85,3 mm/h with 31,52% from watershed area. text
