The electrical energy requirement can be obtained from alternative energy sources replacing fossil fuels such as biomass energy in the form of rice husks. In this final project, the writers conduct an analysis of organic rankine cycle on power plant fueled rice husk. The writers determine the cycle parameters and the addition of suitable components to produce a system with a 500 kW-1 MW output power using the organic working fluid R245FA. System analysis is performed based on simulation using software Ebsilon Professional. The system designed to produce output power reaches 683,729 kW with 19% system efficiency. This final project also determines the potential of electricity generated from the utilization of rice husk in Sukaraksa Village, Subdistrict Cigudeg, District Bogor, West Java. Based on the potential of the rice husk area, there are 2,734 houses that can be electrified with assumption that each house needs electricity by total installed 250 W in 3 months according to the rice harvest time. This final project analyzes the effect of changing certain system parameters on the efficiency and output power of the system. The total cost per kWh paid on the design of this final project power plant is Rp 974.00 per kWh. <br /> <p align="justify"> <br /> text |
