If the pavement is deemed unable to serve properly, then maintenance can be carried out by adding an overlay to the pavement. This study aims to analyze the results of the calculation of overlay thickness using AUSTROAD 2009 method and the Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan (MDP) 2017 on the Jatibarang - Langut road and Cibadak City Limits - Sukabumi for the 2016 to 2020 design life. <br /> From the results of the analysis by using CIRCLY program, it was found that using the AUSTROAD 2009 method required thick layers of overlay type AC-WC greater than 180 mm for 2-layer pavement and 170 mm for 3-layer pavement with design life up to 2020 for Jatibarang - Langut Road. The results of the calculation analysis using the MDP 2017 method show that the required layer thickness added by overlay type AC-WC is greater than 160 mm for 2-layer pavement and 155 mm for 3-layer pavement with a load of plans up to 2020 for the Jatibarang - Langut road segment. <br /> Then The AUSTROAD 2009 method produces thickness layers that are greater compared to thickness calculated by The MDP 2017 method. <p align="justify"> <br /> text
