<p align="justify">Bandung Municipality provides the discourse for the replacement of the angkot into a bus, through a four-angkot scheme replaced by one bus. The object of this study is limited to the angkot route Caringin - Sd. Serang. This research is conducted through analysis of existing business model and analysis of replacement plan. Evaluation of the existing business model is based on several types of operational characteristics of angkot such as the operational system, ownership number, and angkot credit installment status. For the development plan, an analysis is carried out with the condition of angkot owners purchasing replacement bus. Real options analysis is also done through the option of providing assistance in the form of interest-free installments for the advance of bus purchases and commercial advertising potential. Some assumptions used are the number of public transport users assumed to be unchanged, the point of view of the analysis using the perspective of angkot owners, and the feasibility parameters of NPV, IRR, and WACC. The commercialization option of the bus through advertising becomes the solution for this replacement plan to be financially feasible. The solution is able to reduce the level of risk of uncertainty that comes from the number of erratic users. Analysis of canvas business model is also done for existing angkot and substitute buses with significant changes are key aspects of partners, key resources, and revenue streams. <p align="justify">
