Summary: |
Fisherman Social Housing at Marunda Flats is a project idea to solve the problem of relocation of slum fisherman. Land ± 40,000 to the geographical conditions near the sea which is a development of flats area is expected to support the economy in the area of legal fishermen. In the design of the facilities in the building must be considered and furnished a good plumbing system in order to support facilities for environmental services are met. The aim of this thesis is to design plumbing systems water, sewage, storm water and fire hydrant that is able to serve 1200 units of rooms. Plumbing system design process begins with a study of towers literature, then the collection of secondary data, followed by planning the plumbing system that includes the design of the pipeline system, the calculation of water needs, determining the size and needs of pipe fittings, detail drawings and calculation of The Real Estimate of Cost. Flats is planned with top tank system by utilizing water resources taps. Based on the calculations, the water needs based tool flats is plumbing for an average of 1.16 liters/sec. The use of water in the building will generate wastewater that must be supplied with either a piping system to the wastewater treatment plant. These towers are designed with water-saving sanitary equipment planning and distribution of greywater and black water separation. Greywater and black water will be accommodated in the holding tank and then processed in a wastewater treatment plant prior to the water body. Fire suppression system at this flats use fire hydrant system on each floor and the garden around the building. Storm water from the roof at some point will be accommodated in the raw water tank equipped with a screen to be used for secondary water consumption. Rain falling in the yard and the roof will be channeled into recharge wells number 4 in each building.
|
